Insurance Information
Medicaid: Please provide Medicaid card.
All Other Private Insurance: We do not accept Medicare or Tricare. All other private coverage is subject to approval, to determine coverage, please drop off a copy of your insurance card with our Client services team on the day of your first appointment. Important: Intake consultation can not be billed to insurance, If this fee is an issue, please speak with a member of our staff to see what other options are available.
Counseling Fees
Licensed Professional Counselor (Fully Licensed): $130
Licensed Professional Counselor (Associate): $110
Intern: $75
Intake Consultation: $35 one time fee
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. After that, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged.
